How can I get parts for the furniture and glider rocker I bought?

If you need parts, please contact us directly.

What about your warranty?

Our products are warranted against defective workmanship. For more details, please contact your retailer.

This warranty applies to the initial purchaser of any new regular product acquired at an authorized dealer. Within the warranty period, Lennox Furniture pledges to replace, at its discretion, any defective product or part with an identical or substantially similar one, or to repair it at no charge through the authorized dealer. However, the final decision with respect to the evaluation of the product’s condition, the cause or nature of the defect, as well as the means of settlement is the sole responsibility of Shermag subject to an exclusive right.

Limitations
The swelling or shrinking of wood pieces as a result of environmental factors is a natural characteristic of wooden products and is not covered by the present warranty. Natural differencies in the tint and color of wood and other materials are subjective and in no way alter the quality, strength or durability of the product; they are thereby excluded from the warranty.

This warranty applies only to normal use of the product in a residential environment and shall be declared null and void in the event of abusive or unreasonable use. Any alteration of the product, or noncompliance with Lennox Furniture’s assembly or maintenance instructions or other written instructions shall void the warranty. Damage resulting from product handling or transportation is not covered by this warranty. Accordingly, it is strongly recommended not to remove the packaging until the product is delivered to the end user.

How should I take care of my furniture?

Your hardwood furniture is made up of many pieces of wood. Each is unique and you may notice natural variations in colour. The lighter pieces were closer to the tree’s bark, while the darker pieces were closer to the tree’s centre. All are equally strong and impart the beauty and value that make your furniture so unique.

Cleaning
To clean your furniture, use a soft damp cloth with a small amount of mild soap. Wipe immediately with a dry cloth.

Sun
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading of the finish. Special attention should be paid to the storage of the table leaf as a noticeable difference will be apparent if the leaf is stored away from light while the table is exposed continuously.

Wax & polishing
Avoid using commercial cleaning products on your furniture since this will cause yellowing. Do not use window cleaners; they contain ammonia which attacks the lacquer.

Warning
Liquid left on wooden surfaces (for a period of more or less 24 hours) will cause the finish to peel and flake. Avoid placing hot items directly on a wooden surface as this will damage the finish. Also, placing items with rubber feet or plastic place mats on your furniture will leave indelible marks on the finish.

Humidity
To prevent warping and splitting, it is best to maintain room temperature around 21°C (70°F), and relative humidity at 40%.
